We’re excited to bring you a fun dance competition through Instagram Reels, with the goal of celebrating and promoting talent! Kindly note that the terms and conditions and privacy policy (Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy) detailed on the website and available at https://aandrmedialabs.in/, shall be read along with the terms of service herein (Terms of Service). By participating and uploading the video, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

To join the contest, please follow these simple guidelines:

  • Record a video of you and your partner dancing to the track “Jodi No. 1” from the movie Udumbanchola Vision (available on this website).
  • Use the original track only (no remixes, edits, or altered versions).
  • Only two people are allowed in the video – more or fewer will mean disqualification.
  • Choreography must be original (not copied).
  • Upload your reel on Instagram from your account and collaborate with @official_udumbanchola_vision (the official movie account).
  • Add #Udumbancholavision in your caption.
  • Submit your reel by October 30, 2025.
  • After posting, don’t forget to register on this website to confirm your entry.
  • 10 finalist couples will be shortlisted by our panel of judges.
  • Our judges will choose the winners:
    • Winner will be rewarded with an all-expenses-paid trip to Bali
    • Runner-up will be rewarded with _____

  1. Using Our Services

 

  1. You must be 18 or older to upload the video on the website. In the event a participant is under 18, the video has to be uploaded, by a parent/guardian, who by uploading has agreed to the Terms of Use.
  2. You can’t participate in the event you have been banned before or are legally restricted from uploading content on Instagram.
  3. Since this contest runs on Instagram, you must also adhere to terms and conditions and privacy policy of Instagram.
  4. We may limit, suspend, or stop the contest at any time without any compensation.

 

  1. Ownership & Content

 

  1. Rights over all materials, and content uploaded as part of the competition shall vest with A and R Media Labs.
  2. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  3. When you share content (like your contest entry), you:
    • Confirm it’s yours and lawful.
    • Grant Us a worldwide license to use it for promotion and marketing.
    • Accept that it may remain public even if you delete your account.

 

  1. User Content & Monitoring

 

  1. You’re responsible for the content that you post.
  2. We may review and remove content that we feel are unsuitable for the contest, and at our sole discretion.
  3. If legally required, we may share your content with authorities.

 

  1. Third-Party Sites & Ads

 

  1. We may introduce ads or links to other websites into the video and re – upload the same.
  2. We aren’t responsible for third-party content, practices, or privacy policies.

 

  1. Copyright

 

  1. We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same.
  2. If you infringe any third party copyright, we may suspend or terminate your continued participation in the competition.

 

  1. Feedback

 

  1. We welcome ideas and feedback, but anything you share voluntarily may be used by us without obligation.

 

  1. Service Availability

 

  1. We aim to keep contest running smoothly but can’t guarantee uninterrupted access or continuation of the contest.
  2. You agree that, we may discontinue the contest on account of commercial reasons, and you shall no right to claim compensation.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

 

  1. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss suffered by you on account of participating in this contest. You agree that, we have no control over third party use of the video, and shall not hold us liable for any third party use of the video uploaded.
  2. The participation in the contest is at your own risk.

 

  1. Disputes & Arbitration

If unresolved, the dispute will be settled through a sole arbitrator, subject to India Law, with seat of arbitration in Ernakulam. Court in Ernakulam, Kerala will have jurisdiction.
