By participating and uploading the video, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.

To join the challenge, please follow these simple guidelines:

• Fill out the online registration form available on this website.
• Age: 18 to 30 years (As on the date of registration).
• Only registered participants will be eligible to play.

• The challenge begins on August __, 2025.
• Participants must log in to the website to access the questions.
• A total of 8 mind-twisting questions will be released from time-to-time.
• Stay tuned to @official_udumbanchola_vision (official Instagram handle of Udumbanchola Vision) and this website for announcements and updates
• Questions will be either made available directly on the website during the announced time window; or handed over in person by us during the designated time and location, whichever we deem appropriate.
• Each participant must submit their own answers.
• Multiple entries or attempts may lead to disqualification.

• Participants who submit the highest number of correct answers will be shortlisted by our panel of judges for the Grand Finale. However, there must be at least 5 correct answers in order to be shortlisted.
• __ winners will be selected from the participants who are qualified to the Grand Finale by our panel of judges.
• The decision of our panel of judges will be final.
• The winners will be rewarded with exciting prizes.

3. We may limit, suspend, or stop the challenge at any time without any compensation.

9. Disputes & Arbitration

2. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled through a sole arbitrator, subject to India Law, with seat of arbitration in Ernakulam. Court in Ernakulam, Kerala will have jurisdiction.
